Last night was one of those nights when it takes forever to fall asleep.
I tried watching TV, reading, listening to music, but nothing was working. I lied there, face down shaking my legs for like 2 hours. At least I was kinda working out..... I don't know about the rest of you, But I cannot fall asleep unless I kick my legs for a while first. I don't mean like big violent kicks, just little swhooshes back and forth.
I guess that's why no one can stand sleeping in the same bed as me.

I used to do that leg thing when I was a kid... sort of do it a little now. Bit only when I wake up at night and need to get back to sleep.
It is relaxing though ain't it?

Are u kidding me? I still do that every friggin' night. To top it all off, I can only fall asleep if I'm lying down on my stomach, with my head turned to the right. Can't do it any other way while in bed. Mind you, I can fall asleep anywhere, any how..I think I'm a little fafjled up...
