MERRY CHRISTMAS!


It’s here again. That time, Christmas. I do have to admit it is my favourite time of the year. I love the music, the shopping, the people, the shopping, the gifts, the shopping....did I mention I loved the shopping?

But seriously, I love giving people their gifts. I love seeing their expressions as they open them, and hopefully like them! Like today when I gave Spiro his gift, I swear he looked like a little boy...so happy and excited...

So now all my shopping is done, I finished all the wraPPING. We ate a huge turkey dinner tonight with pirogies too! So now everyone is in a little bit of a turkey comma....and either sleeping or in a semi-conscious state. We are planing to watch some of the extras from the Lord of the Rings DVD, they way things are going, it’s more likely that we all fall asleep before eleven!

I can’t believe that Christmas is tomorrow..It always seems to get here so fast..... I guess it’s because of all the preparations and stuff that the time just passes by....and it’s all for one day....one day only...At least the Jewish got it right with the eight nights..why don’t we do that? Either way, I love it and I’m happy it’s here. I think it’s more the getting together of family that I like. It’s not often we all get together so when we do, it’s really special.....Yeah I know I’m cheesy, but we’re a cheesy family, we’re really close.

I know what I asked Santa for, now I’m just waiting to see if my wish will come true!
